...

Based on recent comments, apparently my Blog is the new "Catcher in the Rye." I might have to stick to talking about something less controversial for a while....

It has been too cold in So Cal lately...hopefully the temperature will be no lower than 55 degrees soon.

Angel Stadium

Someone posted an anonymous bulletin asking what I do at Angel Stadium...I am not quite sure if this answers their question but I was there waiting for someone to have the courage to post a comment that isn't anonymous...

Straight to the point...

Did anyone see me on the channel 11 news on December 8th or 9th?

I am working at Angel Stadium this week...

It seems that some people in my universe truly are above reproach/literally get away with Anything (I Clearly am not one of those people...) . I am not sure exactly why that is the case but when I figure that out I will feel that I am onto something...

From my vantage point, It seems that power is not always an issue of whoever has the most power wins...At some level it is seems to be more like "Rock. Paper, Scissors." I look at people who have power (legitimate or otherwise), and everything that I observe lately seems to support that idea...

I like it when people understand what I am talking about, but I don't always need them to Prove that they understood what I was saying. You don't have to Batter me with suggestions to show me that you understood what I was talking about when I wrote about "verbal batteries."

I was watching one of those undercover police officer movies recently. There must be a Blockbuster movie with that premise in theaters every other year. Usually, I watch those movies passively whether I enjoy the move or not. This time, the movie made me think about some interesting things. Everyone has probably met an undercover officer, but what is the most extreme thing that can happen. Can an innocent person end up in a situation where almost everyone that he/ she knows is an undercover officer unbeknownst to him/her? Is that possible?

I wrote a blog about a guy who told me to "post" a while ago. After what I have seen recently, I am guessing that that guy might have been homeless. It seems like only the police or homeless people could "post" enough to think of something like that...

Interesting...

I remember that I went to a party once and a guy who was there commented on the fact that the guys who were throwing the part all had advanced blackbelts in martial arts. He said something like "Those guys dont screw around." I assumed that that meant that he wouldnt be starting any crap that night. About 10 minutes later I saw the same guy who made that comment pushing one of those guys' forehead with his finger. I am not sure if he won that fight or not but he had a winning attitude...

Have you ever been in a hostile enviornment and wondered why more random people weren't wondering through and dilluting the hostility? I thought of that the last time that I was in a Hostile environment...

I wonder whatever happened to that guy who rapped on those Blue Blocker sunglasses infomercials 15 yrs ago (or something like that). I bet he got a record deal...

Random Inappropriate Thoughts

This Blog entry is bound to seem more random than normal. This blog will consist of some of my most random thoughts ever...

Has a prostitute ever had the "Person of their Dreams" pick them up? That must be a surreal feeling if that ever happens...

I still think that is a better Idea to check whoever committed a felony against someone than the guy who is upset about being Victimized. Any time that the authorities get started figuring out who was/is hacking my accounts (among other things)...that would be great...

A while ago I wrote a blog entry about people who take people to task when they use mundane statements and figures of speech. Lately I am a bit closer to understanding where they are coming from but not quite there yet. Occasionally, Ifind myself in one of those environments where having some random person say that someone else needs to be on medication is a mundane statement that doesn't get more than a yawn from most people. A while ago, for a fleeting moment, someone said that someone needed some medication and i had the urge to say, "You can't always drug someone to get you to do what you want them to. Sometimes you have to take accept that they are saying and leave it at that..." The moment passed with me keeping the thought to myself and there was peace thereafter...

This is an interesting place to try to cross the street anywhere other than at a the corner. I am accustomed to people continuing to drive at the same speed and timing my run based on the speed of the drivers. Here, the driver stops in the middle of the street no matter what is going on if there is a jay walker. That makes me hesitant to cross the street anywhere other than at the light lately...

I heard something on the radio about an Identity theft ring yesterday. I havent heard any more about it other than the fact that they made more than $130 million on the scheme. That is a very vague description about what occured. I have been trying to guess exactly what happened before I read anymore about it...

Has anyone ever played Grand Theft Auto 4? I find myself hooked on those sorts of video games sometimes. You can actually go home to your apartment and watch television on the video game. The TV shows on that video game are pretty funny..

I wonder whatever happened to the Breakdancing Comedians who used to perform on the Third Street Promenade in Santa Monica around 03/04. Nothing is quite like the Excitement of getting called out and embarrassed when you are trying to walk from the mall to the Barnes and Nobles...

Now that I am officially "Homeless," what better way to move forward and make some progress than by posting a blog entry... Gotta live my life, right??? Hopefully some of my Immense efforts translates into gainful employment in the near future...

Everyone has problems with spyware and viruses on their computer. Most people deal with these problems by buying some sort of antivirus protection and taking their computer to the geek squad when that doesnt work. I am the guy who downloads some weird free trial of a new antivirus protection then the anti virus portection IS the Spyware. Thats not a good position to be in...

I have come to realize that I am always "Sleeping" a little bit. All things considered, it is pretty interesting to think that I am under-responsive. I guess that is typical where I am located...I try to have a response that is on point as much as possible, though...

I have been a member/ a part of a lot of different things in my life. At some level I take it for granted. Lately I have realized that people dont have to let you be a part of whatever they are doing. People really could give you one word answers to questions that require a longer resonses and ignore you...

Is anything concerned about the Legalities of what they do anymore? Does that matter at all? 90% of what I complain about is Clearly not Illegal...

Monday, August 31, 2009

Hmmm..

If nothing else, I hope that my blog entries about suggestive batteries made someone out there more aware. Some might say that being aware of that sort of thing is a bad thing because a lot of things that you wouldnt notice at all are very obvious to you at that point. Someone near me just said something outlandish pretty loudly. Everyone here had to have heard it...I wonder what everyone else thought about hearing that sort of thing...

I try to avoid unwanted entanglements more than usual lately. A lot of entanglements are positive/ smething tha tI would want to be involved in. I have found that a lot of the entanglements that I dont feel one way or the other about are best avoided. Entanglements result in people saying things like Point of View... There is nothing worse than hearing someone talking about Point of View when you didnt really want to be involved...

Another Blog Entry...

A couple of blog entries ago I wrote something about a failure to analyze situations properly. Every now and then a person's response to my stance in that entry is, "Oh, you dont know..." I think thats Hillarious...

I have come to realize that I am one of those people who blends in enough to be wherever I am , but rarely enough to go unnoticed. People either wonder what my deal is or they know me already...

Recently, I saw some cars that were for sale parked on a lot. One of the cars caught my attention because it was an exceptionally good deal. Soon after, I saw the car parked across the street from the lot. It was parked so close to the lot that I wasn't sure whether it had been sold yet. I have never thought about it but that might be the first time that I ever saw a guy purchase a car from the lot across the street.

I know that this blog entry is pretty lame...

Interesting situations...

I encounter people in some way shape or form in life who I previously met or hung out with at some point in life. If a person jogs my memory about who they are I am pretty good about remembering them if I dont recognize them on sight. Thats not good enoough for a lot of people, a lot of people give you a weird look or a lot of crap if you dont remember/recognize them immediately. I ran into someoone who I hadnt seen in a few years but used to interact with this person on a regular basis...Didn't recognize me. I said "You dont remember me?" He said "You look kind of familiar..." I didnt give that guy any crap b/c I am feeling his attitude about it... Can't expect everyone to recognize you immediately...

I think everyone has done something on a whim at some point in time. Everyone has thought "What the heck, why not?" then proceeded to act on a whim. Most people people dont expect to have it pan out to anything. How many people really brace themselves for the fact their their whim could be correct? Certainly some whims dont need to be braced for but...

I am handicaped fairly often in life. Everyone has handicapped something in their life whether they realize it or not, but when does it go beyond being a handicap. I am the guy who checks out a new bar wearing casual shoes, jeans, and a polo shirt and has the bouncer point to the "Barefoot=No admissions" sign and deny admission.

7/30/2009

Have you ever had someone fail to analyze something in such a meaningful/appropriate way that it made you wonder? An example of this: Everyone has heard a story where an area gets hit by carnage, Destruction, and Mayhem. Eventually people comment about that situation. The standard comment is something in the vicinity of "This is such a terrible thing to have happen..." Someone always drops the ball, though. I always find the guy who says something like "They are just angry because their Fat"when asked to comment on these situations to be interesting. Everyone is thinking "Thats not even close..."

I was watching a TV show the other day. An astrophysicist was hosting the show. I thought "An Astrophysicist? I'll listen to what an Astrophysicist has to say! There is a limit to how much of that kind of resect that a person can have before people see the need to "Humanize" them. If someone wins a Nobel prize people want to create a video with clips of them slipping on banana peels and drawing a blank when someone asks them what the answer to 1+1 is. I guess its all about seeing people in the proper light, right?

Randomness

I was thinking of the "Trip to the cornerstore" experience recently. You are not supposed to stand around for a long time, but it seems that most people who are standing around don't have a bad reason for doing so. It seems like most people who stand around don't want people to know what they are buying/hoping that everyone leaves before they buy anything. There is a guy who is fingering through porn b/c he doesn't want people to know that he is there to buy liquor, there is a guy who is checking out the alcohol b/c he doesn't want people to know that he is there to buy porn. There is some guy who is standing around to give those two guys a hard time... (this is one of my less serious paragraphs)

At some point in the recent past, I was flipping through the channels and saw the Titanic movie from 2006 on the TV guide. I thought it was really interesting that it wasnt DiCaprio/winslett one. Apparently another titanic movie came out right before that one. I guess that sort of thing happens but it struck me as interesting...

Late Nights

I have very erractic sleeping patterns so I end up watching tv at random times of the night. Lately I linger on that show Smart Travel sometime (I think thats the name of the show). There is a lot of content about Villages/towns that are relatively untouched since Medieval Times. It definitely changes what I think about to see 5 Castles from medieval times that still exist on television every day... The only buildings that I ever see that impress me are from 800+ yrs ago. Technology has improved a lot but buildings havent been the same since they stopped using catapults to get workers/builders to the top of buildings...

Video games are interesting today. The graphics are a lot better, but the most interesting thing is how the complexity of the games has improved. I am not sure if its Correct to say that Video games are more "Intelligent," but the if-then of it all is a lot more complex/realistic than it used to be.

Hmmm

Because of a mixture of not being able to find a job despite submitting thousands of applications, not being able to field all of my e-mails b/c of my accounts getting hacked, not having most people's phone numbers b/c of my accounts getting hacked, not getting aqny cooperation fromlaw enforcement, etc, if you want to locate me it will probably have to be under some overpass in the near future...

Hmm...

I was reading a book that had a lot of obscure facts in it recently. It said that lemmings jumping off of cliffs in mass is a Myth. So..if you ever see a bunch of lemmings running off of a cliff...Thats highly suspect...

Finding me

If you want to find me on facebook.com...You should look under "Andre Shannen." It is spelled that way to avoid confusion: No other Andre Shannon's name is spelled that way... I have another account on there that i have not completely set up yet and am not likely to respond to...

Out of the Loop

I remember when that Matrix movie came out and the technology for the 100 agent smiths was a big technological advancement. That was a while ago... I imgaine that people are not nearly as impressed by that sort of thing anymore...What is the newest most advanced special effect?

If someone attended the same school as me it is a good conversation starter. I am not especially "Frat" about that sort of thing in and of itself. I am a bit more "frat" about UCLA...even though I have had serious problems with the administration my experience with the student body was generally positive so it means a bit more...

Have you ever had a situation where someone said something that might have been offensive but instead of being offended your first thought was "Who taught you that?? Where did you hear that?" If I had a show I would have a segment about a parrot that repeats "suspect" conversation of its owners when guests are visiting. This causes so many problems that they give the parrot away at the end of the show and the next time the segment airs its about whoever they gave the parrot to the last time...

6/4/2004

I think that a lot of good ideas are never taken seriously because people are mistaken about who or what they apply it to. The person is onto something but wrong in that particular instance so the idea doesnt make it. A lot of good ideas dont make it because they are part of a Bigger theory that people no longer believe in. I think that the one good idea that was tossed out with the rest of the theory is a good thing to remember (I have a specific example in mind that I won't mention).

Someone mentioned that I talk about the same thing a lot in my Blog. As long as my account get hacked among other things I will propbably continue.

They really go out of their way to make video games realistic these days. If you shoot someone on a video game, its like they play a voice track of someone who got shot in real life. Thats pretty intense...

RANDOM MEMORY- When I was in 6th grade, I was a lot taller than the other sixth grader. Some of the other sixth graders would get sick of me and decide to "fix me." (This was around 1990/91, age 11) They would tell the best fighters in the 7th and 8th grade that I said something about their mom and wanted to fight them. I was constantly getting confronted by some complete stranger about whether i wanted to fight him or not... At some level that has never changed...

Keeping it Brief

FYI..the guy from http://www.andreshannon.com/ is someone else/of no relationship... I am a Different Andre Shannon... i dont know anything about "Frisco." There are enough Andre Shannons out there to cause confusion if you dont know enough about me. I thought about creating a webpage but andreshannon.com is not an option ...

There exists people who I would want to speak on my behalf...I think that the contrary happens more than not so my new Motto is "Speak for yourself."

I am really not in the argumentative mood these days. I know that some arguments are unavoidable... At this point the unnecesary arguments are in the ballpark of arguing with a man on his deathbed (I am not actually in that bad of condition but...). I am like, "Why do you want to argue with me again???!!!"

Winners and Events

I was thinking about the days when I used to go to clubs. I never actually stopped going to clubs but i am not physically located where there are any worth going to so I end up at a bar if anything. I remember how the bouncers at some bars would size people up to see if they had the right "look." If you didnt have the right look you just sort of stood right next to the entrance while the bouncer waved people in from the back of the line to enter ahead of you. This made me think of my online experience. At this point I dont make any exceptions in regards to who I add on my online profile. At least a couple of times in the past, I accepted friend requests from people who I didn't know at all because they "looked like a winner." I think that most people have done that at some point...

I wanted to elaborate a little bit on checking events. I am not going to give a very detailed explanation but... People generally know how safe their environment. To the extent that they are in a safe enough environment and one where nothing of incidence ever happens, but all that they ever experience is borderline Madness occuring around them it is a great idea to start checking in whatever way is appropriate if you are capable. There is a wide range ways of checking negative events. You should check every istance of an events that a person normally lets go if there are too many incidents and you are thinking "What the heck is going on?" Eventually you will do enough damage to the root of the problem that the incidents cease to occur or whatever the cause of your problem doesnt see it as worthwhile.

I also think that you should also look for "Impossible people" if there are to many incidents. It takes a keen eye to know if someone is "Impossible." Most people just take someone's word for their background/who they are at some level. Only employers do background checks, right??? But if there are too many incidents its time to figure out who is going a little bit beyond "Being Private" and not telling you who they are at some Substantive level and it is causing problems for you.

On a completely different topic. I was watching some of that show TMZ the other day. I think that show is about what Celebrities do from the moment when they leave a building until they arrive at their car. Sometimes they linger enough to get an interview that is interesting enough for the people on the show to talk about. I think it is interesting what people on that show think is funny and what they dont laugh at. I guess they have a more mature sense of humor than me. There was footage of an elephant that began to put his trunk up some woman's skirt and no one on the show thought that was funny at all. I guess they wouldn't have thought that the Camel taking a leak on the Set of Jimmie Kimmel's show last night wasn't funny either. I thought that was hillarious...

More Interesting Thoughts

My jobsearch has been nearly impossible for the last few years. My education and work expereince is good enough that my circumstance is close to impossible? If anyone is hiring for an attorney position or otherwise, it would be great to hear about it. This isn't the preferred way of contacting me but, If you are having difficulty getting in touch with me you might want to post a comment on one of my bulletins. Some people have already done that.

One of the most interesting things about the problems that I have expereinced (What I have blogged is just the tip of the iceberg) is that I havent encountered anyone who is particularly sympathetic. If it can happen to me, one has to figure that the number of people who it couldnt happen to is Extremely small. Are people really that comfortable with the fact that what has happened to me could easily happen to them?

To add to the list of problems that I have experienced, the law school that I attended canceled one of my loans and refuses to do anything about clearing my bar account. They said that because of a glitch in their computers, they canceled one of my loans accidentally. Thus there is a balance on my account that has prevented me from getting transcripts and has caused other problems for me as well. Whenever I call the school, they say that this has never happened before in history, there is no procedure for dealing with the situation, and are clearly unwilling to reslove this situation. Every time I call UCLA, they say call back tomorrow (That goes on for years with no progress)... does anyone have any ideas for remedying this situation?

I was thinking about inncoence Lost recently. I dont mean in the Innocent/ Guilty sort of way. I guess its a sliding scale, right? Everyone has different experiences that lead them to losing innocence. I think that it was a gradual process for me that culminated in a series of outrageous incidents (2005) that violently ripped whatever vestages of innocence and most of what i believed in when I was little from me. People who have known me have an inkling of what i am talking about. At that point its an issue of what will you become at that point.

People bring up whether I claim where I live at this point. At this point I dont claim any location unless I am there by free will regardless of how long I am located there. so No, I am not a Detroiter/Michigan person...I am trying to get back home to SoCal. To the extent that someone disagrees about that, I dont care about your opinion on said topic and am not interested in debating it with you. If someone asks me abou tthis topic it doesnt bother me at all. If someone wants to have a long argument with me about it I find that to be Exceedingly Weird.

I have "lost friends" over the years. Most people have experienced having a friend of some sort then having that fall apart and wishing that you had never told them anything too personal. Sometimes i wonder if said person was ever really my friend....

Someone asked me if I could possibly be "wanted." I can't imagine what I would possibly be "Wanted" for, but I have had to contact authorities and been told otherwise... Anything is possible but aside from that.... That would be the worst/the most obvious case of attempted entrapment I ever heard of...

I am sure that some will try to come up with some reason to ignore or not take the Blog posting seriously. Apparently Discrediting is one of the few things that they know how to do...

5/11/09

I was watching the news the other day and there was a segment about a Hydroxycut Recall. I honestly can't say that I was very shocked about that. When I posted the blog entry about encountering things thati never thought might exist, I definitely was not talking about the hydroxycut recall...

I rarely watch television...I saw some of that show "Prison Break" a couple of days ago. Its an interesting show: Apparently It isn't about a Prison Break at all anymore...

Interesting/ Random thoughts

I have Blogged a lot of Incidents and situations in this blog and my myspace blog. I have blogged about problems that I have had with my accoutns getting hacked into. At this point I am wondering about at what point if at all it ever ends... apparently there is no way too remedy these situations. you would think that this was the "Wild West" or somewhere completely lawless. When does it EVER END????

This might be tunnel vision on my part but... with so much law enforcement of every type around, how does crime ever happen?

Over the past few years i have seen a few things that I didn't know (and never thought) existed. Its not always a good thing to encounter something like that with no warning. Imagine...
I literally took pictures of said occurences in disbelief: the picture reminds me that I did inf act encounter these things whenever I am overcome by disbelief in retrospect...

5/1/2009 (Random thoughts)

It makes sense to wake up feeling groggy if you partied a little bit too hard, but I wake up feeling Extremely groggy for No apparent reason most of the time. I am trying to figure out what could be causing that.

People are "asking" me a fair amount. If you dont know what I mean by that I will explain it later in a later blog. If people are "asking" or "telling" you its usually not a good thing...

I never realized this, but I am easily amused sometimes. I think that I am more amused by people who are wearing mascot uniforms than most adults...

As I approach my 30th birthday, I wonder what the next few months have in store (Long Story)...

I ran into someone who I knew at Panera yesterday (finally). This is the first time in a long time that I spoke to someone who I hadn't seen in a long time and I wasn't mistaken as to who they were...

Interesting

I see some people who look familiar sometimes (people who I haven't seen for a long time). It is probably worthwhile to inquire as to whether they are the person that I think they are. Over the past few years, I have seen a disproportionate number of people who closely resemble someone else: after speaking to them it wasn't the person who I thought it was. I should continue to speak to people who I think I recognize (especially under the circumstances). Now I am hesitant, though...

Last night, I decided to go out. The weather was bad but sometimes you have to get out of the house regardless. Earlier in the day the sky was so overcast that I thought it was going to Rain, Tornado and Earthquake all at once. Luckily it didn't...

Does everyone have an account on facebook.com now? I assumed that most people that I know had an account on facebook or myspace but that is quite possibly tunnel vision on my part...

Still haven't encountered anyone that i know at Panera...

Saturday, April 18, 2009

...

I still haven't seen anyone at the Panera where I check my e-mail on Greenfield in Southfield. Still here.

Its interesting: If you change your weight and percent body fat substantially very rapidly, it is like getting plastic surgery. Most people probably wouldnt recognize you unless they have seen you at that size before.

I was watching a special on tv. It showed footage of a Bear playing with its cubs. Its interesting: Almost heart-warming when they are not mauling someone. It happened a long time ago, but I remember the Sigfried and Roy incident where Montecore got out of hand. My immediate reaction was: "What if someone switched Montecore with another cat as a "prank?" Like a PUNK'D episode that never made it to the screen for obvious reasons. Dont get me wrong, I am not saying that I think that that is what happened...I am sure that white tigers freak Out all the time...

Tuesday, April 14, 2009

....

I still haven't seen anyone that I know at the Panera on Greenfield where I check my e-mail. I am still there more or less daily, though...

To add to the problems that I have had online, does anyone know what to do about this? What does it mean when you are inexplicably getting vulgar and obscene banner ads/advertisements while you are surfing "mundane" websites? I get vulgar/ obscene banner ads when I am on a website like myspace or a news website where that will Clearly never happen. What would cause that?

Wednesday, April 8, 2009

...

I know that there is some risk of the opposite happening but...in hopes that someone who I would want to find me locates me: I am often at the Panera on Greenfield in between 9 mile and 10 mile checking my e-mail in Southfield

4/3/09 (for lack of a Better Name For this Blog Entry)

There are like a zillion differences between being in SoCal and Michigan. One difference thatI have noticed is "sign language." I think that people tend to know Verbal sign language in Socal. It bridges the gap between you and whoever you are interacting with until you "Connect" with the person. That goes for any any set of interactions. I feel that in Michigan, you either connect with people or you don't. Either you are on the same wavelength as people or they are puzzled by you... My "signing" is ineffective...

I was thinking of my Vigilante Justice Blog Entry. I guess that, in general, it is normal for certain things to happen outside of the established process. My thing about it is that it often happens to me when it should not and almost always works against me. I am the guy who ends up with some used car salesman (who is not a physician) performing Open heart surgery on me b/c he knew someone at the hospital. If I survive they act like I don't have a legitimate gripe. Thats no good at all...

Opinions...

I get varying responses to this Blog. Sometimes the response is positive, other times the response is not positive. I know that some people are saying "Andre is a moron! I think that putting people in a shark tank with a harpoon is a great idea!" I guess that they are entitled to their opinion (Though not necessarily entitled to express them to me directly depending on the content)...

What is the deal with the Detroit channel 4 and 7 that only shows movies and tv shows from the 60s, 70s, and 80s? I like watching Classic shows/ movies but if you dont have the right technology you can't watch anythign else...

The Workout

I killed a brain cell or two this weekend, so this particular blog might be lagging a bit...I hope to get back into my hardcore workout soon. Its interesting: Whether I am a little bit out of shape or more out of shape than that it takes me about two months to get back to where I want to be. Thanks to the 3 phase workout as taught to me by the personal trainer at Starbucks, I can always count on that. I am not sure whether that is remarkable or not but it doesn't require too much patience...

I learn a lot of things that are true exactly where I heard it and not universally. Lately I am tryin to figure out how to incorporate those idea into my life if at all...

I talked to the authorities about my accounts getting hacked into. They said that it is a fairly common occurence and is Consistent with Identity theft. One of my blog entries was in the ballpark of being about Identity theft so I though it to be ironic. They said that my online accounts have been Completely compromised and that at this point I should Cancel all of my accounts, get rid of all of my phone numbers and contact info, replace my hard drive, Contact the Credit Unions, and Start over Completely. According to them, that is normally what a person has to do when they are in my circumstance. It seems weird that they would recommend starting over as oppsed to fiuguring out where people you have lost ocntact with are. If this paragraph is unreliable, you can blame the authorities...

Smirking and Other Randon topics

There is a wide range of responses to Comedians. Some Comedians dont get much of a response. Some get people to laugh out loud during the entire show. There is a wide range of responses in between. I think that a person who can get you to Smirk at any given time is underrated...Sure the person is not making you laugh out loud but...

I have experienced some of the most outrageous things over the past few years. I know that I have already blogged a lot of outrageous experiences in this blog and my Myspace blog. I have experienced everything from Getting my stuff stolen to having some guy show me that he had a gun then sayign that he wanted to fight me. I was like "Is that with the gun?" I am certainly always Promised a situation that doesn't involve anyone with a gun then when i get there its nothing like that. I told someone about these experiences and the guy who I was talking to said "Its just Pressure! Whats the big deal?" I responded "????????!!!!!!!" Not sure what to make of that response. I have been refused Medical attention for no apparent reason also. Apparently people think they can get away with anything if its me...

Weird Dreams

This blog is not very representative of my personality or how i am in real life. If you actually know me, it might add to your knowledge about me. If you dont know me this blog is very far away from being a way to get to know me.

I am trying to figure out if I actually know anyone around here aside from people who I met recently. Any time that i have gone out it has been solo and i am not sure if I would recognize many people at this point anyway.

I have a lot of weird dreams...but I had one of the weirdest dreams ever last night. I dreamed that someone drugged me in L.A. Then I woke up in my bed feeling extremely groggy. It seemed like Los Angeles. Something was very off about it but i couldnt figure out what it was. Just like in real life, I no longer had most people's phone numbers anymore and some people who I knew were there. Eventually I figured out and people confirmed that I was in a city that looked just like Los Angeles that was in a different country. All of the same major monuments were in place and it was more or less seemless. I woke up before I figured out what to do about it. That could be the plot of a movie...

Offense

What is the most offended that you have ever been with actually getting angry? I think that I just experienced that for the first time today. Normally, I am either a lot less offended or somewhat angry about it. Today I experienced the Maximum of offense that you can feel without actually being angry. I literally found myself sitting there shaking my head with a dropped jaw saying "Well I Never!!" Since having lived in California for an extended period of time I find certain offbeat comments a lot less tolerable. I now find myself in Michigan and not as calloused to that sort of thing as I used to be...

I had a conversation with someone about this...At this point I dont consider myself to be "from" Michigan (I literaly mean anywhere within michigan) . I moved away from here a long time ago. Though I find myself here a lot circumstiantially, I am substantively out of place here. If "home" is anything other than where you are physically located at the moment my home is elsewhere...

This paragraph is not actually about anger. I have never been accused of having issues with anger, but I am using anger as a way to indirectly address another topic. This paragraph might seem random to you, but certainly it is not random to a lot of people. I am the guy who someone will say "He has issues with anger." Then they will kick me in the crotch. That will anger me. Next they will say, "See what I mean, see how angry he is???!!!" I am a firm believer in finding fault with the crotch kicker as opposed urging someone to cope with getting kicked in the crotch. I question your objectivity if you disagree.

Magicians

I was watching a Magic Show involving a masked magician yesterday. Its funny, I always forget that you have to wear a mask to reveal magic secrets. Like if I see one of his shows on televsion, I think "Wow, He's wearing a mask. Its that serious?!" Then I forget about it until the next time that i see one of his shows on television.

Recently, someone said that I know too many people. I dont have much of an opinion about that but they might have had a valid point. If you know that many people but its not working explicitly in your favor it might be a bad thing...

Interesting

People who I have talked to think that I have changed since 2005. I may have changed somewhat but my circumstances have changed a lot more than me. You go from hanging out on the beach in Santa Monica to living in very hostile environments and it changes you. No one is getting killed around me, but that about it...

I was thinking about a conversation that I had with someone a while ago. This is not the exact conversation...but generally the same idea. I told someone that I had an omelet for breakfast and they didnt believe me. I was taken aback by this: Why didn't this person take my word for it? I said, "You dont believe that I have eggs at home? What's the deal with that?" I still think that that was a bit excessive, but i think that guy might have been onto something: Plenty of lies are told...Lies are told about things that there is no apparent reason to lie about all of the time. If you take someone's word for something and they lie to you once or twice it probbably doesn't matter. It all adds up over time, though...

Recently, I was thinking about a show called TV Funhouse that aired on Comedy Central circa 2000. That show was an interesting example of how animation makes concepts less menacing. They literally turned "going there" into an artform. Every skit...I was sitting there thinking "OMG..they are going to go there!!" No topic was off limits. If you have animation and/or handpuppets airing in the evening, you can get away with a lot...

Experts...

Its interesting that you need an expert to verify/ support anything that you say. If you say that you saw someone Littering, you might have to get an expert to verify exactly how plausible that is. I was watching a story on television about Octuplets and they had an expert verify that 8 babies is a lot of babies to have at once...

Recently, I received e-mail from a bar and a clothing store. The interesting thing is that I actually requested that they send me e-mails. This made me think about the thousands of e-mails that I receive every day that I did not request. I receive so much unrequested junk e-mail that I can't receive any e-mails at my UCLA account: That account literally gets flooded and cannot be opened within 1 1/2 days of Emptying it. This caused me to think of a funny cartoon about a guy who is fed up with receiving unrequested spam e-mail...

THIS CARTOON CONTAINS PROFANITY. DO NOT OPEN IT IF YOU ARE AT WORK OR ANYWHERE WHERE PROFANITY MIGHT CAUSE A PROBLEM.

Custom..

I am sure that this "Suggestion " thing is not something that everyone does. If you hear a lot of BLATANT suggestion around you, it is probably somehow indicative or informative about who you are dealing with. I havent figured out "where a person is " if that is going on: But I think its probably a good idea to figure that out.

I think that if you live a couple of apartments away from, a floor above, or a floor below someone who looks exactly like you (and you dont know this person), its probably a good idea to investigate and figure out who that person is. You have to be objective about this though: I think most people disgree about whether they look like someone else or not...

I dont believe in profiling people, but I think its a great idea to learn how to profile a person who would hack into your account and change your phone numbers and contact info. Certainly there are some warnings signs as to when you are dealing with someone who has no inhibitions about stalking you...

...

My problems with my e-mail accounts getting hacked into have persisted. My accounts literally get hacked into at will. I have attempted to get help from authorities in regard to resolving this problem but have not received any cooperation. I would appreciate anyone who knows who to contact in regard to resolving a problem like this to call them on my behalf...SERIOUSLY....

Happy New Year!

In a previous blog, I said that if I had to watch the ball drop at home again i was goin got be pretty unhappy: I watched the ball drop at home again for New Years so and this blog will probably reflect that aggravation. As I think back on the last year, a lot of outrageous things happened in my life. Interestingly enough, the 20-30 Story 3-dimensional rendering of the poster from Eddie Murphy's last movie was one of the most unsettiling things that I saw last year. It actually had the Optical Illusion where the eyes seemed to follow you. The first time i saw that, my only thought was "Aw Man!"

On an unrelated topic, this is interesting... If you ever have a chance, when you are in Barnes and Nobles or a similar store/ a library, Check out a book on Hypnotic suggestions. It changes the way that you see the world a bit. It seems like one of those things that you are supposed to be discriminate in who you tell ab0ut it, but then everyone knows about it except the guy who you decided not tell in the interest of ethics. Its interesting how many people very blatantly use suggestions and you wouldn't know unless you had some knolwledge of this. A lot of times it is harmless, other times it is a way to convey messages that would cause a brawl if the message was conveyed directly. Interesting to think about...
